Our Creative Ministries Department includes:

The Creative Ministry has members already serving in these ways at many weekend services and events we run as a church.

But our vision is much bigger! We have areas waiting for new members and leaders with vision so they can be launched.

Arts Communities

Patmos Artists Network
Patmos is a non-profit community art group which comes under the covering of Winepress.

Patmos is about connecting, discovering and growing in our creative expression. Through art classes, demonstration nights, paint-outs and exhibiting our work we aim to provide inspiration, skill development, encouragement and nurture of the artist.

Choir
Our choir is currently growing in interest from the church community and will be developing further next year. Currently, our choir comes together for special events such as Vision month and Christmas. Register your interest by contacting us, and we will contact you with details.

Dance
NRG leads and encourages us in praise and worship through dance and creative movement.

Writer’s Community
This is an open forum for anyone interested in writing; it covers all genres and styles. Writers come together regularly to share their work and support and encourage each other.

Drama Community
This is a team of performers who provide interactive dramatic presentations as part of the teaching in the church and for community events.

It is also incorporates many of the production elements of theatre including costuming, set design and construction, stage management and much more. As a community, this ministry is currently on hold, but will still do short dramas occasionally.

‘Lamp’ is the children’s drama group that assists in bringing life to teaching in the children’s ministry department (DJs and JAM).

Production
Production plays a crucial role in all our worship services and events. It is responsible for the overall coordination and provision of:

• sound
• lighting
• video
• multimedia
