We believe that God has ordained church leadership to govern the church and empower and equip church members to reach their full potential. We place a high value on developing leaders at every generational level throughout the church.

Relationship
We believe in warm and personal relationship as the means of connection, placing high value on cooperation and working together.

Diversity
We recognise that there is no portable model or blueprint. Every local church has a unique calling and distinctive gifts, and has a God-given responsibility to steward those gifts wisely.

Relevance
We believe that the local church should be a vibrant and culturally relevant witness to its community, welcoming people with a warm and dynamic reflection of God’s love.

We will honour each other and invest in one other to grow God’s Kingdom.
