Our ‘life2getha’ mission is to ‘Build Healthy Kingdom Women’.

Our purpose is to provide a safe environment where women can learn, grow, share, encourage and support each other in their journey.

Our desire is to see each of us:

• Flourish in our friendships with each other
• Flourish in our relationship with God

We believe there is healing in the company of women as we commit to grow together.

life2getha Nights

We get together once a term to celebrate life with a mixture of worship, fun and food and they are always memorable events!

Everyone is welcome and we’d love you see you there!

During 2008, our theme is Connection…with God and each other.

In addition to our life2getha nights there are many other opportunities to connect with each other, eg:

• Informal movie nights, outings, etc.
• Through our coffee register – if you want to meet someone new.
• Weekly journaling/prayer times. (Every Wednesday 9.30am at Winepress)

Girls' Night Out

These wonderful, fun events are held twice a year, usually on a Wednesday night and are designed specifically for you to bring your friends who don’t go to church.

Each night features a motivational/inspirational speaker, live music, coffee, desserts and lots of laughter. Some nights can also include special performances and expressions in dance, song or drama.

Our aim is to extend the hand of friendship and encouragement to women in our community.

Childcare is provided but needs to be booked beforehand on 9796 1006. A gold coin fee is applicable.

Cost . . .There is no cover charge, however, there is opportunity to make a donation so we can cover our expenses.

Other

• Community craft group – meets for about 6 weeks each term on Tuesday mornings from 10-12pm.

Come along and spend time with other ladies whilst enjoying a chat and a cuppa. We teach a different craft each term and there is a small cost per week. Alternatively, you can complete your own unfinished projects at a cost of $1 per week.

Childcare is $2 for the first child and $1 for each other child in a family. For more information or the latest craft brochure contact the Winepress office on 9796 1006.

There are also other courses available for women which provide further opportunities to meet others, as well as learn and grow in a safe environment. For more information click here.
